Bullying: Did you know?

According to Pacer's National Bullying Center, 20.2 students -- one out of every five -- have been bullied. It can happen to anyone. Bullies have always been around, and will always be around. The key to dealing with it is to understand that it is not a reflection of you, but of the one doing the bullying. Even so, facing it at all can be traumatizing. Learning to understand the source of bullying, and building your own self-confidence can be successful ways of handling it.
